Background: This order is in response to the Petition No. 141 of 2025 filed by the MP Industrial Development Corporation, erstwhile MP Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Ltd., (MPIDC or the Petitioner or the Licensee) before MP Electricity Regulatory Commission {Commission or MPERC} for determination of Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) for FY 2026-27 and Retail Supply Tariff for FY 2026-27 for its Special Economic Zone (SEZ) area at Pithampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
