The Petitioner-Tata Power Company Limited (TPCL) has filed the instant petition under clause A-41 of JSERC (Conduct of Business), Regulations, 2016, Section 94 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act 2003 for review of Commission case (Tariff) No. 11 of 2023 for true-up for FY 2022-23, Annual Performance Review for FY 2023-24 with respect to Unit-II& Unit-III (2*120 MW) of Jojobera Power plant.
