WBERC: Seeking direction for grant of open access by PCBL for conveyance & transmission of power from AB zone substation

Phillips Carbon Black Limited (hereinafter referred to as "PCBL" or "Petitioner") filed a petition dated 21.11.2024 before the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with regulations 2.4 of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2013, seeking directions for grant of open access for conveyance and transmission of power from the AB Zone Substation through a 132 kV line.
