KERC (Tariff Order): Determination of Tariff and norms in respect of Solar Power Projects (including Solar Rooftop Photovoltaic Projects) for FY25

Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) has issued an order dated 11.06.2024 regarding the determination of tariff and norms for Solar Power Projects, including Solar Rooftop Photovoltaic Projects, for FY25. The commission, chaired by Shri P. Ravi Kumar and comprising Shri H.K. Jagadeesh as Member (Legal) and Shri Jawaid Akhtar as Member, convened to fulfill its statutory mandate under Section 86(1)(o) of the Electricity Act, 2003, which obligates State Electricity Regulatory Commissions to promote electricity generation from renewable sources.
