This discussion paper on the ‘regulatory framework for the development of renewable energy in the State of Kerala’ was prepared by this Committee to address the issues prevailing in the State and to suggest the corrective policy measures to be adopted in the RE Regulations to be issued by the State Commission for the control period starting from FY 2025-26.
