Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees) (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2026
WHEREAS, the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the principal Regulations’) came into force on 11th day of January, 2016;
AND WHEREAS, the Commission has amended the principal Regulations to incorporate the provisions of Electricity (Rights of Consumers) Rules, 2020 and its amendments notified by the Ministry of Power, and notified the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2026 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.
