Background:
Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (herein after referred to as KSEBL or the petitioner) filed a petition before the Commission on 24.11.2024, seeking approval for the deviation from the DBFOO Model Bidding Document issued by the Ministry of Power (MoP), Government of India (GoI), for the procurement of 500MW long term power under Tariff based competitive bidding for 15 years.
