MPERC: In the matter of filing of petition under Section 61 (h), 66 and 86 (1)(e) of the Electricity Act,2003 read with Regulation 18 and 15.4 of the MPERC (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy)

The subject petition is filed under Section 61 (h), 66 and 86 (1)(e) of the Electricity Act,2003 read with Regulation 18 and 15.4 of the MPERC (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy) Regulations, 2021 (Revision-II). At the hearing held on 20th Dec 2022, Petitioner informed the Commission that reply was received by them only on 16TH Dec 22 , hence 2 weeks’ time may be allowed for filing rejoinder.
