MPERC invites comments for MPERC(Conditions of Distribution License for Distribution Licensee) Regulations 2004

In exercise of powers conferred in Section 181(1), 181(2) (za) read with Section 16 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003) MPERC proposes to revise MPERC Conditions of Distribution License for Distribution Licensee (including Deemed Licensee) Regulations, 2004 (G-12 of 2004) and club it with MPERC (Procedure of Applications for License) Regulation 2004.
