The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions had been filed for the adoption of transmission charges in respect of “Additional Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from Bhadla-III PS as Part of Rajasthan REZ Phase-II Scheme (20GW)” (‘the Project’) discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process and for the grant of a transmission licence for establishing the Project.
