Background:
The present petition has been filed by Punjab State Power Corporation Limited Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) for True-Up of Fuel & Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS) for FY 2023-24 calculated in accordance with the provisions specified in the PSERC MYT (2nd amendment) Regulations, 2023 and PSERC Conduct of Business (6th Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
