(a) The recovery of monthly Capacity Charges approved by the Commission shall be made as per the methodology stipulated in the amended PPA. Further, based on the operational norms like Auxiliary Consumption, Gross Station Heat Rate and specific secondary Oil consumption as indicated in Clause 8 of Schedule-II of the PPA, Price and GCV of Oil & Coal as actually delivered to the power station as per Clause 7 of Schedule-II of the PPA, bills shall be raised by OPGC.
