Background: The Petitioner-Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (OHPC) has filed the present application seeking approval for investment on the setting up of the IT Networking Infrastructure in OHPC as per Regulation 22(1)(i) of the OERC (Terms & Conditions for Determination of Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2024 and Para 4 of the PPA executed with GRIDCO.
