Background: M/s Everest Power Private Ltd. (EPPL) a 100 MW Malana- II Hydro Electric Project in Himachal Pradesh has filed this petition for Determination of Annual Fixed Cost and True-up for FY 2023- 24 as per Audited Accounts under Section 62 and 64 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with inter alia Regulation 11, 12 and 60 of PSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation, Transmission, Wheeling, and Retail Supply Tariff), Regulations, 2022.
