Background: Nabha Power Ltd. (NPL), has filed the present petition under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 45 of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011 seeking relaxation in the requirement to install single ratio metering CT contained in Clause A(ix) of Appendix I-C of the of the Revised Procedure for Intra-State Short-term Open Access issued by Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL).
