Background: PSPCL has filed the present petition under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 71 of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005 for amendment / modification in Clause 4 of Appendix-7 of the PSERC (Conduct of Business) (6th Amendment) Regulations, 2005 relating to Fuel and Power Purchase Adjustment Surcharge (FPPAS).
