PSERC: Petition of PSPCL for enhancement of monetary limits of the respective forums

Petitioner: Punjab State Power Corporation Limited 

Background: The present petition has been filed by PSPCL for enhancement of the monetary limits of the respective forums under Regulation 2.9 of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2016 (as amended time to time) under Regulation 69, 70, 71 & 72 of Chapter XIII of the Conduct of Business Regulations, 2005.
