The representative of PSPCL submitted that vide memo no. 553 dated 04.08.2026, PSPCL had placed on record that the most of the issues raised in the present petition stand addressed by the provisions of the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance and Related Matters) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
