Background: The Petitioner, M/s Sushma Infinium Owners' Welfare Association has filed the petition under Section 43 of the Electricity Act, 2003, read with Regulation 15, 16, 65, 66, 67, and 68 of the Supply Code 2024 and other relevant rules and regulations as approved by the Commission, including Regulations 68, 69, 70, 71, and 72 and other relevant provisions of Chapter XIII of the Conduct of Business Regulations 2005 as amended up to date and the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003, for directing the respondents to render a single point electricity connection to the Petitioner Association for feeding the project ‘Sushma Infinium’, including but not limited to the respective commercial spaces of the members of the Petitioner Association and to render temporary electricity connection to the Petitioner Association at 11 kV system at a single point for running the commercial spaces of its members and common services in the project in question till the pendency of the petition.
