Background:
This Petition arises out of a dispute under Section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003, between the petitioner, M/s Saraf Export Palace (hereinafter referred to as the 'Petitioner’), and the Respondents, Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited ('RVPNL’ or hereinafter referred to as 'Respondent’), and Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (‘RRECL’).
