The Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) announced the results of the e-Reverse Auction for Project-XIII on August 8, 2025, involving 70,000 metric tonnes of green ammonia production under the SIGHT Scheme in Dhule. The auction, with a fixed quantity and starting/reserve price of ₹74.80/kg, saw SCC Infrastructure Pvt Ltd winning as the Rank-1 bidder with a significantly lower bid of ₹53.
