The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI), a central public sector undertaking under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, has issued a significant tender for the supply of five high-capacity power transformers in Gujarat. Each transformer will be rated at 160 MVA, 220/33-33 kV, and is planned for installation at Radha Nesda, forming part of SECI’s ongoing efforts to strengthen renewable energy infrastructure and support large-scale grid-connected projects nationwide.
