SLDC-Gujarat filed petition before GERC for Review on Commission Order dated 31st March, 2023 for True Up of FY 2021-22

Background: Shri Dinesh Yadav, the representative on behalf of the Petitioner, has submitted that the present Petition has been filed seeking review of Order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the Commission in Petition No. 2164 of 2022 in the matter of Truing up of FY 2021-22 and Determination of Tariff for FY 2023-24 on the ground of disallowance of increased AMC expenses under R&M expenses for FY 2023-24.
