Background:
The erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC)
had initiated Suo Moto proceedings for determination of cross subsidy
surcharge for FY 2005-06 in O.P.No.16 of 2005, for FY 2006-07 in O.P.No.13
of 2006 and for FY 2007-08 in O.P.No.5 of 2007, on its file and decided the
same by the order dated 21.
