In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all powers enabling it in that behalf, the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission makes the Draft Procedure providing for procedure for verification of Captive Status of such Generating Plants, where Captive Generating Plant and its Captive User(s) are located in Telangana State, namely: “Draft Procedure for verification of Captive Status of such Generating Plants, where Captive Generating Plant and its Captive User(s) are located in Telangana State.
