Background: In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 and Clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003) and all other powers hereunto enabling in that behalf and after considering suggestions and objections received from the public, as per sub-section (3) of Section 64 of the said Act, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission passes Order for Approval of True Up of SLDC for FY 2022-23.
