Torrent Power has issued a Request for Selection (RfS) to procure 200 MW of firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) with an energy storage system (ESS), along with a greenshoe option for an additional 100 MW. Projects can be set up anywhere in India, with power injected into the interstate transmission system (ISTS) at a designated delivery point as per the power purchase agreement (PPA).
