In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 read with clauses (h) and (i) of sub-Section(1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it on this behalf, the Commission has issued draft UERC (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2026.
