Background: This Order relates to the Petition filed by Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (“UPCL” or “the Petitioner” or “the licensee”) in the matter of ‘Investment on the additional project (Undergrounding of HT/LT Network along with SCADA automation in Ganga Corridor of Rishikesh and revamping of SCADA in Dehradun) sanctioned under REVAMPED DISTRIBUTION SECTOR SCHEME (RDSS) of MoP, GoI’.
