In February 2026, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) updated the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM), adding 17,268 MW of solar module capacity in List-I, taking India’s cumulative ALMM-listed capacity to 162,109 MW. Two new manufacturers, Space Solar (1,094 MW) and Sun2Earth Solar (30 MW), joined the list.
