The Petitioner, LPGCL is a generating company under section 2(28) of the Electricity Act, 2003. LPGCL is having installed capacity of 1980MW (i.e., 3x660MW), a coal-based thermal power plant at Mirchwara & Badgaon, dist. Lalitpur in the state. The COD of generating unit I, II & III is 01.
