The commission had initiated Suo - Moto proceedings in the matter of non- compliance of commission order dated 17.05.2019 and implementation of 13th Amendment of electrical supply code, 2005. subsequently, various hearing were conducted by the Commission to monitor the progress made by the licenses in respect of implementation of above order.
