Background: The Petitioner had earlier filed an appeal on 10.12.2024 in Case No. DFR 526 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Appellate Tribunal for Electricity ("Hon'ble APTEL") challenging the Commission's determination of coal GCV, coal price, Return on Equity (ROE), trading margin and saleable capacity of Fixed Charges of the Order of the Commission.
