Background: The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Commission) vide Order dated 31.05.2021 in Case No. TP82/19-20 determined the tariff for Hiranmaye Energy Limited (HMEL) for the Unit 1 & 2 of 3 X 150 MW Thermal Power Generating Station for FY 2018-19 and FY 2019-20.
