Background: Adani Power Limited (APL) has filed the present Petition on 10 April 2024 under Section 86 read with Article 13 of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) dated 08 September, 2008 for 1320 MW and Article 10 of the PPA dated 31 March, 2010, 09 August, 2010 and 16 February, 2013 of 1200 MW, 125 MW and 440 MW respectively executed between APL (erstwhile Adani Power Maharashtra Limited) and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) seeking relief on account of Change in Law due to revision of Transit Fee (Forest).
