AERC approves petition of APDCL approval of RFS, PPA & Ceiling Tariff of 15MW Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Project

Background: APDCL submitted a petition for approval of Petition for approval of Request for Selection (RfS) document, Draft Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Ceiling tariff of 15 MWAC Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Projects to be developed by APDCL on “Build-Own-Operate” mode through tariff based competitive bidding process (followed by e-reverse auction) in Village: Bamgaon near Balipara under Chariduar Revenue Circle in Sonitpur District of Assam for sale of power to APDCL.
