AERC approves petition of APDCL for procurement of 100 MW Wind Solar Hybrid power from NTPC under developer mode

Background: Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd. (APDCL) filed a petition seeking approval for the procurement of 100 MW Wind Solar Hybrid power from NTPC under developer mode. The petition is filed under Section 63 of Electricity Act, 2003 for approval of procurement of 100 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power offered by NTPC under developer mode and for the signing of the PPA in terms of Regulation 27 of AERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Tariff) Regulation, 2021.
