CERC: Petition Seeking Payment of Energy Bills Based on Scheduled Energy Certified by Gujarat SLDC

Petition under Section 79 (1)(a) and (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for payment towards the energy bills raised by the Petitioner on the basis of the scheduled energy to be certified at point D by Gujarat SLDC which is the delivery point in terms of the RfS and PPA provisions.
