The representative of the Petitioner submitted that the present Petitions had been filed for the grant of a transmission licence to establish a “Transmission System for evacuation of power from potential renewable energy zones in Khavda area of Gujarat under Phase – V (8 GW): Part A” (‘the Project’) and for the adoption of transmission charges in respect of the Project discovered pursuant to the tariff based competitive bidding process.
