CERC RoPs: Petition for SEIL Energy Seeks Recovery of Withheld Payments from Telangana Discoms with Interest

Petition under Section 79(1)(b) and (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Article 14.3.1.1 of the Power Purchase Agreement dated 01.04.2013 and Article 36.4.1 of the Power Supply Agreement dated 18.02.2016 executed between SEIL Energy India Limited and Distribution Licensees of Telangana (Telangana Discoms) for recovery of amounts wrongfully deducted/withheld by Telangana Discoms from the monthly energy invoices for the period of June 2022 and July 2022 issued by SEIL Energy India Limited along with Late Payment Surcharge and interest, respectively.
