Background: The Petitioner – Tata Motors Ltd. has filed the instant petition under clause 4.7 of the JSERC (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations, 2015 seeking approval for supply of power at 33kV for contract demand up to 60,000 kVA and permission to avail supply at a voltage level other than the standard classification.
