Background:
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (zp) of sub-section (2) of section
181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Jharkhand Electricity Regulatory
Commission hereby makes this regulation namely Jharkhand State Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Energy Conservation and Demand Side Management)
Regulations, 2024.
