Background:
In exercise of powers conferred under clause (zi) & (zp) of sub section (2) of Section
181, Section 66, Section 86 (1) (b) (k), of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers
enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission,
hereby makes the following Regulations.
