ORDER:
1. KPTCL is directed to ensure the installation of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) facilities for Independent Power Producers (IPPs) where such facilities are not yet available. If the generators have not installed AMR facilities, KPICI shall undertake to install AMR facilities.
