This Miscellaneous Petition stands preferred by the Petitioner Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd., with a prayer to declare that the respondent captive generating plant has not fulfilled the 26% ‘Ownership’ criteria for the FYs 2017- 2018 &2018-2019 and the CGP has lost the captive status and as such have to pay the cross subsidy.
