Background: Petition of Jalna Siddhivinayak Alloys Private Limited seeking appropriate orders as regards to laying of EHT Lines and necessary infrastructure for supply of power at EHV Levels in accordance with the provisions of Section 40, 43 and 46 of the Electricity Act, 2003

Petitioner's Prayers:

Commission may be pleased to direct the both the Respondents (MSEDCL and MSETCL) to coordinate with each other and make the necessary arrangements to supply the power at EHV level at the Petitioner’s premises in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 4.
