Background: M/s. Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (Distribution) (AEML-D) has filed the present Petition on 04 January 2025 under Section 86 (1) (e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with all other relevant provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003, seeking clarification with respect to the ‘Cost of Enforcement’ in terms of the Order dated 16 August 2006 passed in Case No.
