MPERC invites comments for Approach Paper on Tariff Determination for Power Procurement from Small Hydro Projects in MP

In exercise of powers conferred under Sections 61(a),(h) and (i),62(1)(a), and 86(1)(a), (b), and (e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 MPERC proposes to determine Generic Tariff for Small Hydro Projects to be commissioned during Control period of MPERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination of Energy from Renewable Energy Source) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2024.
