NRL Issues tender for supply of approximately 100 MW fully dispatchable Renewable power for Green Hydrogen Plant

Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) is seeking expressions of interest (EoI) for power suppliers to support its green hydrogen project in Golaghat, Assam. NRL requires 100 MW of fully dispatchable power, including 20 MW from renewable sources, and an additional 100 MW from FY26 onwards. Bidders must be power generation or distribution companies with at least 50 MW operational capacity and a net worth of ₹750 million.
