NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) invites online bids for the development of two pooling substations in Rajasthan for its Solar PV Projects: a 33KV/400KV, 1260 MVA substation at Bikaner and a 33KV/400KV, 945 MVA substation at Fatehgarh, excluding power transformer supply. The procurement follows a two-envelope bidding process: Envelope-1 for technical and commercial bids, and Envelope-2 for the price bid.
